WHAT IS TAIJIFIT?

TaijiFit offers interactive online classes for those interested in embodying the health and inner peace benefits of Tai Chi, and to certify instructors in the TaijiFit method - an uplifting approach to Tai Chi promoting Flow, community and overcoming barriers to accessing your best self.

The TaijiFit Academy's mission is to provide fun and easy access to the mindfulness gifts of Tai Chi to people everywhere through our online studio classes, and to train instructors worldwide to share Flow experiences through interactive online training focused on a compassionate philosophy of transcending limits.

Whether you choose to use your certification to teach others or further your own TaijiFit Method knowledge, the TaijiFit Academy Learning Path is a carefully plotted journey from an introductory level TaijiFit Foundations course to TaijiFit 300: The Philosophy of Flow.

Joseph Joubert said, “To teach is to learn twice.” When TaijiFit Conductors help their Players dial down their stress levels, they create even more tranquility within themselves. 

After graduation, instructors can start sessions asap.

Traditional Tai Chi Classes

Our Traditional Tai Chi program was the starting point for the TaijiFit Academy, going back at least 40 years.

Students who admire tradition and structure, and who are curious about what the ancient Masters created, will love this program.

You can learn Tai Chi anywhere, but you will only get this experience here.

WHAT IS THE FLOW STATE?

Athletes refer to it as 'getting in the zone'. It's the runner's high, the effortless writing, the best conversation you've had in your life, the way things just seem to magically come together.

In Japanese Buddhism, it's called Satori.

It's a space where there is an absence of critical thinking, internal evaluation, or focus.

Flow is the word to describe that wonderful moment when all parts of you—mind, body, emotions, energy, and Spirit—come together and move you internally and externally in an effortless and joyful manner.

Flow is the most characteristic and unique feature of Tai Chi, and it's a central concept in the TaijiFit Method.
